New Jersey High School Basketball - Haddon Township overwhelms Gateway Regional
January 11, 2023: Westmont, NJ 08108 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Haddon Township Hawks (Westmont, NJ) and the visiting Gateway Regional Gators (Woodbury Heights, NJ), saw Haddon Township's basketball squad wallop Gateway Regional by a count of 72-43.
With the victory, Haddon Township upgrades its record to 3-8 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Woodstown (Woodstown, NJ) to play the Wolverines in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Wolverines come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Woodstown won 80-54 in their recent non-league battle against Salem County Vo-Tech (Woodstown, NJ)
The Gators (2-9) will now prepare for their battle against Pennsville Memorial (Pennsville, NJ). The Eagles come into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Pennsville Memorial trounced Clayton (Clayton, NJ), 81-70, in a league battle.
