Pike Red Devils (Indianapolis, IN) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Roncalli Royals (Indianapolis, IN), 63-52 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Pike upgrades its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Red Devils travel to Lawrence North (Indianapolis, IN) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 9-2. Lawrence North won 47-44 in their recent non-league bout against Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory (Indianapolis, IN)

Next up, the Royals play the Columbus North Bull Dogs (Columbus, IN) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Roncalli will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Bull Dogs come into the bout with a 9-5 record after their 58-53 non-league win over Mooresville (Mooresville, IN).
