Lawrence Upper Lions (Sagamore Hills, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Lake Ridge Academy Royals (North Ridgeville, OH), 52-10 in a league bout.

With the win, Lawrence Upper upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Lions host HEARTS for Jesus Christ (North Olmsted, OH) to clash with the Guardians in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 19. The Guardians go into the bout with a record of 7-3. HEARTS for Jesus Christ won 55-21 in their recent non-league bout against Christian Community (North Eaton, OH)

Next up, the Royals clash with the Andrews Osborne Academy Phoenix (Willoughby, OH) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Lake Ridge Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
