Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Big Spring fells Brandywine Heights Area
January 11, 2024: Newville, PA 17241 Big Spring Bulldogs (Newville, PA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Brandywine Heights Area Bullets (Topton, PA), 72-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Big Spring upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Shippensburg (Shippensburg, PA) to clash with the Greyhounds in a Mid-Penn - Colonial bout on Friday, January 12. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 2-9.
Next up, the Bullets clash with the Hamburg Hawks (Hamburg, PA) in a Berks County 3 bout, on Friday, January 12. Brandywine Heights Area will attempt to upgrade on its 3-9 season record. The Hawks go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 58-37 league loss to Schuylkill Valley (Leesport, PA).
