Louisiana High School Basketball - Central Private overwhelms Christ Episcopal School
January 11, 2024: Baker, LA 70714 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Central Private Redhawks (Baker, LA) and the visiting Christ Episcopal School Wildcats (Covington, LA), saw Central Private's basketball squad wallop Christ Episcopal School by a tally of 67-36.
With the victory, Central Private improves its record to 7-11 on the campaign. The Redhawks travel to False River (New Roads, LA) to confront the Gators in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 12. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 8-13. False River lost 52-47 in their recent non-league challenge against St. John (Plaquemine, LA)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Louisiana School for the Deaf War Eagles (Baton Rouge, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Christ Episcopal School will attempt to improve on its 4-9 season record.
