New Jersey High School Basketball - Northern Highlands nips Paramus Catholic
January 11, 2024: Paramus, NJ 07652 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Northern Highlands Highlanders (Allendale, NJ) and the host Paramus Catholic Paladins (Paramus, NJ), saw Northern Highlands's basketball squad hold off Paramus Catholic by a tally of 61-58.
With the victory, Northern Highlands improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Ramsey (Ramsey, NJ) to play the Rams in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 10-0. Ramsey won 56-44 in their recent league challenge against Mahwah (Mahwah, NJ)
Next up, the Paladins play the Mt. St. Michael Academy Mountaineers (Bronx, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Sunday, January 14. Paramus Catholic will attempt to improve on its 1-11 season record. The Mountaineers come into the challenge with a 3-5 record after their 67-41 league loss to Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, NY).
