Louisiana High School Basketball - Southern Lab thwarts White Castle
January 11, 2024: Baton Rouge, LA 70813 The Southern Lab Kittens (Baton Rouge, LA) basketball knocked off the visiting White Castle Bulldogs (White Castle, LA), 57-38 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Kittens (13-8) will now prepare for their test against JS Clark Leadership Academy (Opelousas, LA). The Bulldogs go into the non-league test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, JS Clark Leadership Academy notched a victory over Episcopal of Acadiana (Cade, LA), 48-40, in a league test.
The Bulldogs now own a 7-12 record. They play next when they host Plaquemine for a non-league test on Saturday, January 13. White Castle will encounter a Green Devils squad coming off a 56-43 non-league loss to Denham Springs (Denham Springs, LA). The Green Devils record now stands at 14-6.
