January 11, 2024: Odenville, AL 35120 In Thursday's non-league outing, the St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Westminster School at Oak Mountain Knights (Birmingham, AL), by a count of 65-41.
The Fighting Saints (8-10) will now prepare for their outing against Moody (Moody, AL). The Blue Devils go into the 5A Area 11 outing with a 5-13 record. In their last outing, Moody was crushed by Springville (Springville, AL), 68-47, in a league outing.
The Knights now hold a 5-15 record. They play next when they travel to Cornerstone for a 2A Area 8 outing on Thursday, January 11. Westminster School at Oak Mountain will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 50-41 non-league win over Tarrant (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 5-12.
