New Jersey High School Basketball - Cherry Hill East fells Camden Catholic
January 11, 2024: Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 Cherry Hill East Cougars (Cherry Hill, NJ) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Camden Catholic Fighting Irish (Cherry Hill, NJ), 34-24 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Cherry Hill East upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Timber Creek Regional (Erial, NJ) to clash with the Chargers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 7-4. Timber Creek Regional lost 59-38 in their recent non-league bout against Wildwood (Wildwood, NJ)
Next up, the Fighting Irish clash with the Gloucester Catholic Rams (Gloucester City, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 12. Camden Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 8-2 record after their 68-18 non-league win over Pennsville Memorial (Pennsville, NJ).
