January 11, 2024: Raleigh, NC 27603 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the St. Mary's (Raleigh, NC) and the visiting Chatham Hall Turtles (Chatham, VA), saw St. Mary's's basketball squad wallop Chatham Hall by a count of 41-10.
With the victory, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The travel to North Raleigh Christian Academy (Raleigh, NC) to play the Knights in a NCISAA Triangle challenge on Friday, January 12. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 7-11. North Raleigh Christian Academy won 68-44 in their recent league challenge against Ravenscroft (Raleigh, NC)
Next up, the Turtles play the New Covenant Gryphons (Lynchburg, VA) in a VISAA Blue Ridge challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Chatham Hall will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 41-29 non-league loss to Blue Ridge Christian (Bridgewater, VA).
