The Tri Titans (Straughn, IN) basketball felled the host Richmond Red Devils (Richmond, IN), 60-48 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Titans (18-2) will now prepare for their test against New Castle (New Castle, IN). The Trojans go into the non-league test with a 2-16 record. In their last test, New Castle was beaten by Greenfield-Central (Greenfield, IN), 65-33, in a league test.

The Red Devils now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Harrison for a North Central test on Saturday, January 13. Richmond will encounter a Raiders squad coming off a 58-41 non-league loss to Merrillville (Merrillville, IN). The Raiders record now stands at 9-9.
