January 11, 2024: Farmington, NM 87402 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Capital Jaguars (Santa Fe, NM) and the host Piedra Vista Panthers (Farmington, NM), saw Capital's basketball squad hold off Piedra Vista by a tally of 42-41.
With the victory, Capital improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Jaguars host Taos (Taos, NM) to confront the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
Next up, the Panthers confront the Tohatchi Cougars (Tohatchi, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 13. Piedra Vista will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record.
