Edna Karr Cougars (New Orleans, LA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Young Audiences Yacs (Gretna, LA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Cougars face the L.W. Higgins Hurricanes (Marrero, LA) in a Division II District 7 challenge, on Thursday, January 18. Edna Karr will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record.

The Yacs now have a 0-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 24.
