The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Milford Eagles (Milford, NE) and the visiting David City Scouts (David City, NE), observed Milford's basketball team overwhelm David City by a score of 48-25.

The Eagles (3-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Aurora (Aurora, NE). The Huskies come into the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record.

In their next game, the Scouts encounter the Raymond Central Mustangs (Raymond, NE) in a C1 District 5 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. David City will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record.
