January 11, 2025: Elkton, OR 97436 The Elkton Elks (Elkton, OR) basketball crushed the visiting New Hope Christian Warriors (Grants Pass, OR), 70-46 in Saturday's league bout.
The Elks now possess a 6-7 record. They play next when they travel to Glendale for a 1A Skyline bout on Friday, January 17. Elkton will play a Pirates team coming off a 57-40 league win over Camas Valley (Camas Valley, OR). The Pirates record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, New Hope Christian falls to 3-10 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Milo Adventist Academy (Days Creek, OR) to play the Mustangs in a 1A Skyline bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 0-2. Milo Adventist Academy lost 51-46 in their recent league bout against Yoncalla (Yoncalla, OR)
