Maine High School Basketball - York fells Kennebunk
January 11, 2025: York, ME 03909 The York Wildcats basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Kennebunk Rams to 38 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Wildcats now have a 12-0 record. They play next when they host Marshwood for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. York will confront a Hawks team coming off a 53-44 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Kennebunk falls to 6-5 on the campaign. The Rams travel to Westbrook (Westbrook, ME) to confront the Blue Blazes in a A South game on Tuesday, January 14. The Blue Blazes go into the game with a record of 1-9. Westbrook lost 67-65 in their recent league game against Gray-New Gloucester (Gray, ME)
