With the victory, Normandy advances its record to 4-1 on the year. The Vikings host Oakwood Academy (Huntsville, AL) to meet the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 16. The Mustangs enter the battle with a record of 16-6. Oakwood Academy lost 72-65 in their recent non-league battle against Madison Academy (Madison, AL)
The Comets now own a 0-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Webster Groves for a Suburban - Yellow battle on Thursday, January 16. McCluer will meet a Statesmen squad coming off a 64-48 league win over Kirkwood (Kirkwood, MO). The Statesmen record now stands at 7-4.
