Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Our Lady of Lourdes Regional held off by MMI Preparatory School
January 11, 2025: Freeland, PA 18224 In Saturday's non-league test, the MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA) basketball squad got by the visiting Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Red Raiders (Coal Township, PA), by a score of 46-41.
Next, the encounter the Wyoming Seminary College Prep Blue Knights (Kingston, PA) in a Wyoming Valley 2 test, on Tuesday, January 14. MMI Preparatory School will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Blue Knights come into the test with a 3-8 record after their 42-18 league loss to Holy Redeemer (Wilkes-Barre, PA).
The Red Raiders (3-9) will now prepare for their test against Shenandoah Valley (Shenandoah, PA). The Blue Devils come into the Schuylkill County 2 test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Shenandoah Valley was nipped by Upper Dauphin Area (Elizabethville, PA), 56-39, in a non-league test.
