January 11, 2025: Lynden, WA 98264 In Saturday's non-league test, the Lynden Christian Lyncs (Lynden, WA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Bainbridge Spartans (Bainbridge Island, WA), by a final score of 67-35.
Next, the Lyncs clash with the Mt. Baker Mountaineers (Deming, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test, on Tuesday, January 14. Lynden Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Mountaineers come into the test with a 6-5 record after their 50-38 league loss to Squalicum (Bellingham, WA).
The Spartans (7-4) will now prepare for their test against North Kitsap (Poulsbo, WA). The Vikings come into the 2A Olympic test with a 8-4 record. In their last test, North Kitsap bounced Sequim (Sequim, WA), 54-23, in a league test.
