New York High School Basketball - Long Island Lutheran knocks off Bullis
January 11, 2025: Brookville, NY 11545 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Long Island Lutheran Crusaders (Brookville, NY) and the visiting Bullis Bulldogs (Potomac, MD), observed Long Island Lutheran's basketball team overcome Bullis by a margin of 77-69.
The Crusaders (11-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Saddle River Day (Saddle River, NJ). The Rebels come into the non-league challenge with a 4-2 record.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Georgetown Day Mighty Hoppers (Washington, DC) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Bullis will attempt to better on its 8-5 season record. The Mighty Hoppers come into the challenge with a 0-8 record after their 77-33 league loss to Potomac School (McLean, VA).
