Oklahoma High School Basketball - Lone Grove holds off Comanche
January 11, 2025: Lone Grove, OK 73443 The Lone Grove Longhorns basketball team scored 38 points and limited the visiting Comanche Indians to 35 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Longhorns now have a 4-5 record. They play next when they host Plainview for a Lake Country game on Tuesday, January 14. Lone Grove will confront a Indians team coming off a 60-41 non-league loss to Lindsay (Lindsay, OK). The Indians record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Comanche falls to 3-8 on the campaign. The Indians host Washington (Washington, OK) to confront the Warriors in a Canadian Valley game on Tuesday, January 14. The Warriors go into the game with a record of 10-1. Washington won 61-50 in their recent league game against Purcell (Purcell, OK)
