January 11, 2025: Lancaster, PA 17602 Conestoga Valley Buckskins (Lancaster, PA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado (Lancaster, PA), 73-66 in a league match.
With the victory, Conestoga Valley upgrades its record to 1-5 on the year. The Buckskins travel to Garden Spot (New Holland, PA) to face the Spartans in a non-league match on Tuesday, January 14. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 2-5. Garden Spot lost 71-27 in their recent non-league match against Pequea Valley (Kinzers, PA)
The Red Tornado now sport a 1-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lebanon for a non-league match on Monday, January 13. J.P. McCaskey will face a Cedars squad coming off a 51-22 non-league win over Manheim Township (Lancaster, PA). The Cedars record now stands at 9-3.
