January 11, 2025: Shawano, WI 54166 The Shawano Community Hawks (Shawano, WI) basketball crushed the visiting D.C. Everest Evergreens (Schofield, WI), 59-32 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Hawks now possess a 11-3 record. They play next when they travel to Xavier for a Bay bout on Friday, January 17.
With the loss, D.C. Everest falls to 4-8 on the campaign. The Evergreens travel to Merrill (Merrill, WI) to play the Bluejays in a Wisconsin Valley bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Bluejays go into the bout with a record of 4-9. Merrill lost 67-37 in their recent league bout against Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln (Wisconsin Rapids, WI)
