Minnesota High School Basketball - Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] victorious over East Grand Forks
January 11, 2025: East Grand Forks, MN 56721 In Saturday's non-league contest, the visiting Rock Ridge co-op [Eveleth-Gilbert/Virginia] Wolverines basketball team scored a good 79-64 triumph over the East Grand Forks Green Wave.
The Wolverines (13-4) will now prepare for their contest against Hermantown (Hermantown, MN). The Hawks go into the AAA Section 7 contest with a 10-3 record. In their last contest, Hermantown topped Crookston (Crookston, MN), 67-53, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Green Wave confront the Roseau Rams (Roseau, MN) in a AA Section 8 contest, on Tuesday, January 14. East Grand Forks will attempt to better on its 6-7 season record. The Rams go into the contest with a 2-10 record after their 71-48 league loss to Badger/Greenbush-Middle River (Badger, MN).
