January 11, 2025: Gibraltar, MI 48173 The crowd at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Trenton Trojans (Trenton, MI) and the host Carlson Marauders (Gibraltar, MI), witnessed Trenton's ice hockey team defeat Carlson by a final score of 4-0.
The Trojans (10-3) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI). The Eaglets come into the non-league challenge with a 13-3 record. In their last challenge, St. Mary's Prep got by Grosse Pointe South (Grosse Pointe, MI), 8-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Marauders battle the Roosevelt Bears (Wyandotte, MI) in a Michigan Metro challenge, on Thursday, January 16. Carlson will attempt to upgrade on its 9-4 season record. The Bears come into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 10-5 non-league win over Cheboygan (Cheboygan, MI).
