Washington, DC High School Basketball - Washington Latin Public Charter School holds off Washington Leadership Academy
January 11, 2025: Washington, DC 20017 The Washington Latin Public Charter School Lions basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Washington Leadership Academy Knights to 53 in the Lions league triumph on Saturday.
The Lions now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to KIPP College Prep for a game on Wednesday, January 15. Washington Latin Public Charter School will confront a Panthers team coming off a 57-33 non-league loss to Idea (Washington, DC). The Panthers record now stands at 8-2.
With the loss, Washington Leadership Academy falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Parkside (Washington, DC) to confront the Eagles in a game on Tuesday, January 21. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 1-4.
