In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Burrell Bucs (Lower Burrell, PA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Yough Cougars (Herminie, PA), by a count of 75-54.

The Bucs (7-5) will now prepare for their outing against Derry (Derry, PA). The Trojans go into the WPIAL 4A 1 outing with a 3-6 record. In their last outing, Derry was crushed by Deer Lakes (Russellton, PA), 80-26, in a league outing.
