Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Bishop Carroll overwhelms Central
January 12, 2022: Martinsburg, PA 16662 Fans at Wednesday's league challenge between the Bishop Carroll Huskies (Ebensburg, PA) and the host Central Dragons (Martinsburg, PA), saw Bishop Carroll's basketball squad wallop Central by a tally of 58-36.
With the victory, Bishop Carroll improves its record to 6-4 on the campaign. The Huskies host Chestnut Ridge (New Paris, PA) to play the Lions in a Laurel Highlands challenge on Friday, January 14. The Lions come into the challenge with a record of 7-5. Chestnut Ridge won 41-26 in their recent league challenge against Central Cambria (Ebensburg, PA)
Next up, the Dragons play the Richland Rams (Johnstown, PA) in a Laurel Highlands challenge, on Friday, January 14. Central will attempt to improve on its 2-9 season record. The Rams come into the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 53-49 league loss to Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA).
