Delaware High School Basketball - St. Georges Tech thwarts Lake Forest
January 12, 2022: Middletown, DE 19709 The St. Georges Tech Hawks (Middletown, DE) basketball knocked off the visiting Lake Forest Spartans (Felton, DE), 47-38 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Hawks (5-0) will now prepare for their test against Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA). The Jaguars go into the non-league test with a 6-5 record.
The Spartans now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they host Sussex Academy for a Henlopen - Southern test on Tuesday, January 18. Lake Forest will battle a Seahawks team coming off a 34-20 league win over Indian River (Dagsboro, DE). The Seahawks record now stands at 2-3.
