Missouri High School Basketball - Stoutland nips Wheatland
January 12, 2022: Wheatland, MO 65779 Stoutland Tigers (Stoutland, MO) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wheatland Mules (Wheatland, MO), 42-39 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Stoutland upgrades its record to 5-9 on the season. The Tigers travel to Hermitage (Hermitage, MO) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Monday, January 17. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 7-7. Hermitage lost 60-21 in their recent non-league bout against Seymour (Seymour, MO)
Next up, the Mules play the Montrose Blue Jays (Montrose, MO) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 18. Wheatland will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record. The Blue Jays go into the bout with a 1-13 record after their 43-17 non-league loss to Osceola (Osceola, MO).
