The Wyoming Valley West Spartans (Plymouth, PA) basketball nipped the visiting Delaware Valley Warriors (Milford, PA), 47-45 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Spartans (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Tunkhannock (Tunkhannock, PA). The Tigers go into the Wyoming Valley 1 test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Tunkhannock was tipped by Dallas (Dallas, PA), 55-49, in a league test.
