January 12, 2023: Bel Aire, KS 67220 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Sunrise Christian Academy Buffaloes (Bel Aire, KS) and the visiting Kickapoo Chiefs (Springfield, MO), saw Sunrise Christian Academy's basketball squad wallop Kickapoo by a tally of 68-35.
With the victory, Sunrise Christian Academy improves its record to 11-3 on the campaign. The Buffaloes travel to Calvary Christian Academy (Fort Lauderdale, FL) to confront the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 13. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 6-7. Calvary Christian Academy won 64-57 in their recent non-league challenge against Staley (Kansas City, MO)
Next up, the Chiefs confront the Waynesville Tigers (Waynesville, MO) in a Ozarks challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Kickapoo will attempt to improve on its 5-3 season record.
