Delaware High School Basketball - Concord overwhelms McKean
January 12, 2023: Wilmington, DE 19810 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) and the visiting McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), saw Concord's basketball squad wallop McKean by a tally of 66-31.
With the victory, Concord improves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Raiders host Tower Hill (Wilmington, DE) to confront the Hillers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Hillers come into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Tower Hill lost 79-39 in their recent league challenge against Sanford (Hockessin, DE)
Next up, the Highlanders confront the Chester Clippers (Chester, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 13. McKean will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Clippers come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 49-46 league loss to Academy Park (Sharon Hill, PA).
