The Dunmore Bucks (Dunmore, PA) basketball crushed the visiting Riverside Vikings (Taylor, PA), 65-36 in Thursday's league test.

The Bucks (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Holy Cross (Dunmore, PA). The Crusaders go into the Lackawanna 3 test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Holy Cross was trounced by Abington Heights (Clarks Summit, PA), 58-32, in a non-league test.

The Vikings now own a 4-4 record. They play next when they travel to Mid Valley for a Lackawanna 3 test on Monday, January 16. Riverside will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 51-27 non-league win over Forest City (Forest City, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 3-3.
