Illinois High School Basketball - Dunbar nips Bogan
January 12, 2023: Chicago, IL 60616 Dunbar Mightymen (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bogan Bengals (Chicago, IL), 51-49 in a league bout.
With the win, Dunbar upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Mightymen host Hubbard (Chicago, IL) to play the Greyhounds in a bout on Tuesday, January 17. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 0-2.
Next up, the Bengals play the Kennedy Crusaders (Chicago, IL) in a bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Bogan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record. The Crusaders go into the bout with a 2-4 record after their 34-32 league loss to Urban Prep-Englewood (Chicago, IL).
