January 12, 2024: Houtzdale, PA 16651 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bald Eagle Area Bald Eagles (Wingate, PA) and the host Moshannon Valley Black Knights/Damsels (Houtzdale, PA), saw Bald Eagle Area's basketball squad wallop Moshannon Valley by a tally of 56-24.
With the victory, Bald Eagle Area improves its record to 6-7 on the campaign. The Bald Eagles travel to Bellefonte (Bellefonte, PA) to confront the Raiders in a Laurel Highlands challenge on Wednesday, January 17. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 3-8. Bellefonte lost 64-40 in their recent league challenge against Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA)
Next up, the Black Knights/Damsels confront the West Branch Warriors (Morrisdale, PA) in a Inter County - North challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Moshannon Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-10 season record.
