Colorado High School Basketball - Brighton topped by Mountain Range

January 12, 2024: Westminster, CO 80234

The Mountain Range Mustangs basketball team scored 83 points and restricted the visiting Brighton Bulldogs to 66 in the Mustangs league victory on Friday.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Erie for a 6A Front Range contest on Tuesday, January 16. Mountain Range will battle a Tigers team coming off a 67-39 non-league win over Cheyenne Mountain (Colorado Springs, CO). The Tigers record now stands at 5-5.

The Bulldogs (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Horizon (Thornton, CO). The Hawks come into the 6A Front Range contest with a 5-6 record. In their last contest, Horizon prevailed over Erie (Erie, CO), 57-48, in a league contest.
