Maryland High School Basketball - Forest Park nips Carver Vo-Tech
January 12, 2024: Baltimore, MD 21207 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Forest Park Foresters (Baltimore, MD) and the visiting Carver Vo-Tech Bears (Baltimore, MD), saw Forest Park's basketball squad hold off Carver Vo-Tech by a tally of 71-66.
With the victory, Forest Park improves its record to 9-1 on the campaign. The Foresters travel to Green Street Academy (Baltimore, MD) to play the Chargers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 1-6. Green Street Academy lost 82-55 in their recent non-league challenge against Digital Harbor (Baltimore, MD)
Next up, the Bears play the Benjamin Franklin Bayhawks (Baltimore, MD) in a Baltimore City challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. Carver Vo-Tech will attempt to improve on its 8-3 season record. The Bayhawks come into the challenge with a 10-1 record after their 72-50 non-league win over Chesapeake Science Point (Hanover, MD).
