New Jersey High School Basketball - Hammonton holds off St. Joseph
January 12, 2024: Hammonton, NJ 08037 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hammonton Blue Devils (Hammonton, NJ) and the visiting St. Joseph Wildcats (Hammonton, NJ), saw Hammonton's basketball squad hold off St. Joseph by a tally of 60-58.
With the victory, Hammonton improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Mainland Regional (Linwood, NJ) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 18. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a record of 10-3.
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Egg Harbor Township Eagles (Egg Harbor Township, NJ) in a Cape/Atlantic - American challenge, on Tuesday, January 16. St. Joseph will attempt to improve on its 5-7 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 3-11 record after their 47-34 non-league loss to Overbrook (Pine Hill, NJ).
