Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Parkland overwhelms Pleasant Valley
January 12, 2024: Allentown, PA 18104 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Parkland Trojans (Allentown, PA) and the visiting Pleasant Valley Bears (Brodheadsville, PA), saw Parkland's basketball squad wallop Pleasant Valley by a tally of 69-43.
With the victory, Parkland improves its record to 10-3 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Easton Area (Easton, PA) to play the Rovers in a Lehigh Valley challenge on Tuesday, January 16. The Rovers come into the challenge with a record of 5-9. Easton Area won 43-31 in their recent league challenge against Bethlehem Catholic (Bethlehem, PA)
Next up, the Bears play the Bethlehem Catholic Hawks (Bethlehem, PA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 19. Pleasant Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-9 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 2-11 record after their 63-57 non-league loss to Ridley (Folsom, PA).
