Louisiana High School Basketball - Union Parish ripped by Bastrop

The Bastrop Rams basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting Union Parish Farmers to 25 in the Rams league triumph on Friday.

The Rams now sport a 24-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richwood for a 3A District 1 contest on Tuesday, January 16. Bastrop will meet a Rams team coming off a 36-31 league win over North Webster (Springhill, LA). The Rams record now stands at 14-11.

The Farmers (7-7) will now prepare for their contest against North Webster (Springhill, LA). The Knights enter the 3A District 1 contest with a 11-2 record. In their last contest, North Webster was routed by Richwood (Monroe, LA), 36-31, in a league contest.
