Lindbergh Eagles (Renton, WA) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Highline Pirates (Burien, WA), 41-26 in a league bout.

With the win, Lindbergh upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Eagles host Renton (Renton, WA) to clash with the Red Hawks in a 2A KingCo bout on Tuesday, January 16. The Red Hawks go into the bout with a record of 2-7. Renton lost 63-36 in their recent league bout against Foster (Tukwila, WA)

Next up, the Pirates clash with the Tyee Titans (SeaTac, WA) in a 2A KingCo bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Highline will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record. The Titans go into the bout with a 0-7 record after their 26-20 league loss to Evergreen (Seattle, WA).
