Missouri High School Basketball - Kansas City East Christian Academy tops Christ Prep Academy

Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Kansas City East Christian Academy Lions (Kansas City, MO) and the visiting Christ Prep Academy Patriots (Lenexa, KS), saw Kansas City East Christian Academy's basketball squad knock off Christ Prep Academy by a count of 53-41.

With the victory, Kansas City East Christian Academy upgrades its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Maranatha Christian Academy (Shawnee, KS) to play the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 9. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-1.

Next up, the Patriots play the Veritas Christian Eagles (Lawrence, KS) in a challenge, on Saturday, January 20. Christ Prep Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-4 season record.
