January 12, 2025: Blanchard, OK 73010 The Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) basketball were winner over the visiting Mount St. Mary Rockets (Oklahoma City, OK), 58-49 in Sunday's non-league bout.
The Lions now possess a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to Chickasha for a Western bout on Tuesday, January 14. Blanchard will play a Fighting Chicks team coming off a 31-24 non-league win over Lindsay (Lindsay, OK). The Fighting Chicks record now stands at 7-5.
With the loss, Mount St. Mary falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Rockets host McLoud (McLoud, OK) to play the Redskins in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Redskins go into the bout with a record of 10-2. McLoud lost 46-36 in their recent non-league bout against Okemah (Okemah, OK)
