January 13, 2022: Buffalo Center, IA 50424 Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the North Iowa Bison (Buffalo Center, IA) and the visiting St. Ansgar Saints (St. Ansgar, IA), saw North Iowa's basketball squad overcome St. Ansgar by a tally of 63-53.
With the victory, North Iowa improves its record to 7-6 on the campaign. The Bison travel to North Union (Armstrong, IA) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 14. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 6-6. North Union lost 48-31 in their recent non-league challenge against West Hancock (Britt, IA)
Next up, the Saints confront the North Butler Bearcats (Greene, IA) in a Corn Bowl challenge, on Monday, January 17. St. Ansgar will attempt to improve on its 1-10 season record. The Bearcats come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 67-34 league win over Northwood-Kensett (Northwood, IA).
