January 13, 2023: Bedford, MA 01730 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Bedford Buccaneers (Bedford, MA) and the visiting Acton-Boxborough Colonials (Acton, MA), saw Bedford's basketball squad hold off Acton-Boxborough by a tally of 51-46.
With the victory, Bedford improves its record to 7-3 on the campaign. The Buccaneers host Cardinal Spellman (Brockton, MA) to confront the Cardinals in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, January 17. The Cardinals come into the challenge with a record of 5-2. Cardinal Spellman won 53-45 in their recent league challenge against Bishop Stang (North Dartmouth, MA)
