New Jersey High School Basketball - Hoboken holds off American History
January 13, 2023: Hoboken, NJ 07030 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Hoboken Redwings (Hoboken, NJ) and the visiting American History Bald Eagles (Newark, NJ), saw Hoboken's basketball squad hold off American History by a tally of 56-49.
With the victory, Hoboken improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Redwings host Kearny (Kearny, NJ) to confront the Kardinals in a Hudson County - National challenge on Saturday, January 14. The Kardinals come into the challenge with a record of 7-3. Kearny won 49-30 in their recent non-league challenge against University (Newark, NJ)
Next up, the Bald Eagles confront the Weequahic Indians (Newark, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 26. American History will attempt to improve on its 5-2 season record.
