California High School Basketball - McClymonds trounces Castlemont
January 13, 2023: Oakland, CA 94607 The McClymonds Warriors (Oakland, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Castlemont Knights (Oakland, CA), 74-39 in Friday's league test.
The Warriors (4-9) will now prepare for their test against Ygnacio Valley (Concord, CA). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 12-4 record. In their last test, Ygnacio Valley was trounced by Benicia (Benicia, CA), 77-63, in a league test.
The Knights now own a 0-15 record. They play next when they travel to El Cerrito for a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. Castlemont will encounter a Gauchos squad coming off a 60-56 league loss to Albany (Albany, CA). The Gauchos record now stands at 4-11.
