Massachusetts High School Basketball - Concord-Carlisle tops Wayland
January 13, 2023: Concord, MA 01742 Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Concord-Carlisle Patriots (Concord, MA) and the visiting Wayland Warriors (Wayland, MA), saw Concord-Carlisle's basketball squad knock off Wayland by a count of 75-56.
With the victory, Concord-Carlisle upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Wellesley (Wellesley, MA) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, January 18. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 6-2. Wellesley won 53-32 in their recent league challenge against Braintree (Braintree, MA)
Next up, the Warriors play the Greater Lowell Tech Gryphons (Tyngsborough, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 17. Wayland will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Gryphons come into the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 59-40 league win over KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (Lynn, MA).
