January 13, 2023: Freeman, SD The Freeman Academy/Marion (Freeman, SD) basketball crushed the visiting Flandreau Indian Indians (Flandreau, SD), 66-43 in Friday's non-league test.
The (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Scotland (Scotland, SD). The Highlanders go into the B Region 4 test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Scotland walloped Avon (Avon, SD), 47-27, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Takini for a non-league test on Saturday, January 14. Flandreau Indian will encounter a Skyhawks squad coming off a 75-30 league loss to Bison (Bison, SD). The Skyhawks record now stands at 0-6.
